Article 2 [Scope of Application] This regulation is applicable to the public security management of online contracts in the administrative area of Guangdong Province.
The online housing referred to in these provisions refers to the purpose of publishing housing and receiving reservations through information network channels such as the Internet and other information network channels.
Article 3 [Management subject] Public security organs at or above the county level are responsible for the public security management of online contracts in their own administrative areas.
Article 4 [Public Security Responsibilities] Public security organs shall fulfill the following responsibilities:
(1) Provide convenience services such as online housing declaration registration and registration of public security management information transmission of online housing for online contract security management in the province;

Article 6 [Obligations of the Internet House Operator] The operator of the online house shall fulfill the following obligations:

(2) Check and register the information of the occupants in person;

Article 8 [E -commerce Platform Obligations] The e -commerce platform of the online house shall fulfill the following obligations:

(2) Docking the public security management information system of online houses, providing technical support and assistance for public security organs to prevent and investigate terrorist activities in accordance with the law;

If the online housing e -commerce platform self -operated online housing business shall fulfill the obligation of online housing operators in accordance with Article 6 of these regulations.
Article 9 [Confidential Clause] Online housing operator and e -commerce platform for online housing shall be kept confidential about the public security management information of online contracting houses that are informed or mastered. Or illegally provide them to others. Article 10 [Forbidden Terms] Units and individuals and individuals and individuals of online housing operators, online housing e -commerce platforms and individuals must not have the following behaviors:
(1) Unwilling or authorized data and personal information that has nothing to do with the services provided by it;
(2) Disclosure, tampering, and damaging the information collected by them, personnel and other information collected;

(4) Publish online housing information that does not have the standard house address;
(5) Provide accommodation services for customers who are unknown or refused to check their identity;
(6) Acts prohibited by other laws, regulations, and rules.
