In order to quickly catch the suspects and prevent more people from being fooled, on July 25, the Kaelu County Public Security Bureau formulated a targeted arrest plan for the two criminal suspects and sent two groups of police forces to arrest. One group went to the Corqin District of Tongliao City to arrest the suspect Li and Wang, and the other group of police force cooperated with the peripheral arrest. In order to capture the suspect as soon as possible, the police handling the case was unhappy, and finally arrested the suspect Li and Wang on July 27 in the Corin District.
