Chi Moumou deliberately fabricated and spread false information on the Internet, created rumors and troubled things, and affected social public order. His behavior violated the relevant provisions of the "Public Security Management Punishment Law", and public security organs imposed administrative penalties on Chi Moumou in accordance with the law.

3. Forgery of epidemic prevention documents, disrupt the order of epidemic prevention work, and bad circumstances. During May 2022, the suspect Sun Moumou forgive and used the "epidemic prevention permit" to evade the epidemic prevention and control card, and was seized by the epidemic prevention staff. Sun Moumou's behavior violated the "Infectious Disease Prevention Law" and the requirements of the prevention and control of the epidemic, which seriously disrupted the normal order of epidemic prevention work. According to the relevant provisions of the "Public Security Management Punishment Law", the public security organs shall impose administrative penalties for Sun Moumou in accordance with the law.
