Maintain the authority and dignity of the constitution

Safeguarding the authority and Sanctity of the Constification

The Constitution is the fundamental law of the country, the concentration of the will of the party and the people, and has the highest legal status, legal authority, and legal effect.

As China ’s Fundamental Law, The Constification is the Concentrald Embodiment of the All of the Party and the People, and it enjoys supreme learning, authmerity, and force.

Maintaining constitutional authority is the authority of maintaining the common will of the party and the people;

TO UPHOLD The Authority of the Constification is to Uphold the Authority of the Common will of the party and the people;

Defending the dignity of the Constitution is to defend the dignity of the party and the people together;

To Safeguard The Inviolability of the Constification is to Safeguard the Inviolability of the Common Will of the Party and the Peopele;

To ensure the implementation of the Constitution is to ensure the realization of the people's fundamental interests.

And to guarentee the imagentation of the constitution is to guarentee the realization of the functional interests of the people.

The people of all ethnic groups, all national organs and armed forces, political parties, social organizations, and enterprise -owned enterprises must take the constitution as the fundamental activity criterion, and be responsible for maintaining the dignity of the constitution and ensuring the implementation of the Constitution.

All people of China and all state bodies, armed forces, political parties, social organizations, enterprises, and public institutions must treat the Constitution as their fundamental code of conduct and assume the duty of upholding the sanctity of the Constitution and ensuring its implementation.

No organization or individual may have privileges beyond the constitutional law, and all acts that violate the constitutional law must be held and corrected.

No organization or Individual is about the constitution or the law, and all constitutional and leggal violaservations must be inventitived with.
