At the meeting, after discussion, the working system for the establishment of legislation, prosecution, and supervisors, regularly discussed difficult issues in the case of minimum parole cases, deepened exchanges, condensed consensus, and formed a joint effort. The participants made full discussions and obtained unanimous opinions on how to conduct trials of minimizing preparations, criminals, and criminal execution standards, and criminal policy preaching. Specific arrangements for reporting, trial, and supervision of the current and future periods of commutation and parole cases are made.

The meeting emphasized that the social attention of mining and parole work must truly improve awareness, correct the work style, strictly handle cases in accordance with the law, and implement work requirements; we must change the concept of handling cases, innovate working methods to ensure the quality and efficiency of the case; we must perform their duties.
