In junior high school, I read a book "Who are you defending? ", I started to be obsessed with law, and secretly sowed the seeds of law and fairness and justice in my heart. So that when the college entrance examination was filled in volunteer, I filled out almost all the legal colleges, and "law" was my first volunteer and the only volunteer.

In 1995, I was admitted to the economic law of China University of Political Science and Law as expected, studying legal books hard, and longing for the future. Without a junior in the internship experience of the People's Procuratorate of Futian District, I think I might be a lawyer now. That internship asked me to contact the role of the public prosecutor at a close range. For the first time, I had the concept of the public prosecutor. Watching them accused the crime with the most accurate language, and the defendant involved in the crime. I think the career of the public prosecutor is very sacred. I will be a prosecutor in the future. All those lip guns on the public prosecution have become my dream.

After graduating from college in July 1999, I was admitted to the Futian District People's Procuratorate with the dream of the public prosecutor. When his mother learned that his son was severely punished, he tears like a rain, and urges the prosecutor to give the child a chance to re -people. But how can the victim's scarfillerate be flattened? I couldn't remember how I made public prosecution opinions. I only knew that the mood was very contradictory at the time. On the one hand, the court required the court to punish according to the case, and on the other hand, I hope to fully consider the actual situation of the defendant. When I heard my proposal from minimum measurement, the immature face shed tears in court. There is a sentence on the textbooks of the Criminal Law: "Punishment is only a means, and prevention and education are the ultimate goal of punishment." I suddenly discovered that as a prosecutor, it was not enough to accuse crimes and simple court education, especially for crime involved in crime. After doing psychological guidance with social workers, guidance of the rule of law, and parenting education, we decided that the "bold" applicable conditions did not prosecute. In 2017, a colleague who was transferred from the prosecution came to me and said that he had transferred to the "Book of Scriptures". The most difficult thing in the help of teaching is that some children have sinned again after teaching. In 2019, I have handled a 16 -year -old teenager many theft. For the first time in the detention center, he saw that he was low in emotion, and he was everywhere on his body. He had a tendency to suicide. Psychological evaluation table shows that he has severe trauma stress symptoms and moderate depression.

During the investigation, I found that his childhood growth experience was tragic, and the motivation of theft was just to surf the Internet. Although he had a lot of theft, the amount was not large. I talked to him again and again, and gradually he began to become cheerful, and took the initiative to write to the victim to apologize. According to his good performance, the Futian District People's Procuratorate made a decision to not prosecute him. Then he quickly found a job, and was arrested for theft after just a week. When I learned this news, I was particularly frustrated, but quickly sorted out my emotions, began to sort out the shortcomings of the existence in the help of teaching, and carried out help remedy measures in targetedness, and continued to follow up after the case was prosecuted. My hometown.

In the spring of 2020, the teenager sent a long letter via WeChat. He thanked the prosecutor and social workers for not giving him up and always helped him. He would never sin again in the future.
