Recently, the Executive Bureau of the Panlong Court of Kunming City, Yunnan Province received a clue of applicants (Shanghai's Financial Leasing Company) who enforced the case. The vehicle of the executed person was found in Xiangcheng District, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province. After learning about the clue, the judge immediately contacted the Executive Bureau of the People's Court of Xiangcheng District, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, and asked the Brothers Court to assist the sealing vehicle. The Executive Bureau of the Xiangcheng District Court of Xiangyang City attached great importance to the contact letter and cooperated closely. On June 9th, the judge of the Executive Bureau of the Xiangcheng District Court and the bailiff drove to the vehicle position and successfully deducted the vehicle, helping the execution of the foreign courts, and was unanimously praised by the brothers court and the parties.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Panlong Court of Kunming, this case is a dispute over a financial lease contract. The application executive provided a clue saying that the executed person Chen had a BMW brand 7 series sedan purchased in August 2016, applying for compulsory execution and checking the vehicle, but the vehicle's whereabouts are unknown. The Panlong District People's Court of Kunming issued an implementation announcement in January 2021.
