It is understood that in the past five years, the people's supervisors of the two levels of provinces and cities participated in 4,739 cases and activities, and the number of participants has played an important role in regulating the exercise of procuratorial rights, promoting justice and improving judicial credibility. At present, the work of the people's supervisors in Heilongjiang Province has achieved the "four major procuratorials", "ten types of participation in supervision", and the full coverage of procuratorates at all levels.

The selection of this people's supervisor will start the selection work in the form of a press conference. Relying on the national people's supervisor's management information system, the candidate is determined by random selection methods. The standard has completed the selection work. A total of 66 provincial people's supervisors, representatives of the People's Congress and CPPCC, accounting for a total of 66 newly elected provincial people's supervisors, accounting for 30%of the total number. 55 degrees of graduate degree or above, accounting for 25%.
