Ya'an exposes 4 typical issues of public funds in the name of training

On July 21, the Ya'an Discipline Inspection Commission's supervisory committee revealed publicly four party members and officials to conduct typical issues of public funds through training in the name of training, namely:

1. Wu Shaoze, former director of the Ya'an Environmental Emergency Information Center, arranged the problem of bonuses to issue funds for illegal training projects.

In March 2017 and February 2018, Wu Shaoze, then director of the Environmental Emergency Information Center of Ya'an City, arranged for the staff to list the training project twice. In violation of the regulations, he issued bonuses to 7 cadres and employees, of which Wu Shaoze himself received 10,300 yuan. During the investigation and rectification of public funds in the name of training in the name of training, Wu Shaoze was able to actively cooperate with the investigation and organize the full cost of refund. In July 2022, Wu Shaoze was punished by government affairs warnings, and other responsibilities were dealt with accordingly.

2. Hanyuan County Shengxiang Grain and Oil Trade Co., Ltd. staff Gao Yuqin, Gao Yuqin, has been traveling after the training of Gao Yuqin.

In December 2017, after Gao Yuqin participated in the training in Guang'an City, he detoured to the scenic spots such as Chongqing Jayong Cave to play, and returned to the unit to report tickets and accommodation fees in violation of regulations. Gao Yuqin also has other disciplinary issues. In April 2022, Gao Yuqin was severely warned by the party. The expenses of illegal reimbursement have been collected.

3. Zhang Baosheng, the former head of the family of Ya'an Housing and Urban -Rural Development, and Song Tao, a staff member, and Song Tao illegally participated in public funds tourism organized by the training institution.

In August 2017, Zhang Baosheng and Song Tao participated in the training course held by a social organization in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, and did not conduct any substantial training content. Rencajan and other scenic spots played activities, reimbursed training fees and transportation expenses for a total of 15,500 yuan. During the investigation and rectification of public funds in the name of training in the name of training, Zhang Baosheng and Song Tao were able to take the initiative to clarify the problem and actively refund the all costs. In July 2022, Zhang Baosheng and Song Tao were criticized for education.

4. Chen Haixia, director of the Baoxing County Disease Prevention and Control Center, led the team to take the opportunity to travel during the training.

In August 2017, Chen Haixia led a team to Xingyi City, Guizhou Province to participate in the training, and left the training class without authorization, and went to Guiyang, Zunyi, Chongqing and other places in Guiyang City, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. In October 2020, after Chen Haixia led a team to Yinchuan City in Ningxia to participate in the training, he deliberately stayed and took the opportunity to go to the Scenic Area and other scenic spots such as Yinchuan Nanguan Mosque. During the investigation and rectification of public funds in the name of training in the name of training, Chen Haixia and others could actively clarify the problem and actively refund the all costs. In July 2022, Chen Haixia was dealt with by commandments, and other responsibilities were dealt with accordingly.
