What is illegal fund -raising

The illegal fund -raising referred to in the "Regulations" refers to the promise to repay the principal and interest in accordance with law or violates national financial management regulations (illegality) in accordance with law or violates national financial management regulations (illegality). How to prevent illegal fund -raising

4. How to report

For suspected illegal fund -raising behavior, any unit or individual has the right to report to the leading department or other relevant departments to deal with illegal fund -raising.

The state encourages reports on suspected illegal fund -raising behavior. The disposal of illegal fund -raising departments and other relevant departments shall publicly report the reporting methods such as telephone and mailboxes, set up report columns on government websites, accept reports, deal with it in time, and keep confidential for the reporters.
