On June 13, the Liangzhuang Court of the People's Court of Neihuang County successfully mediated a private lending case through WeChat video.

In the case of the plaintiff Chang Moumou, in the case of Wang Moumou's civil loan dispute, the undertaking judge contacted the parties to understand the situation by phone. The original defendant was a friend's relationship. The defendant agreed to pay off the next month after borrowing 6,000 yuan from the plaintiff. Considering that the relationship between the friends of the two parties and the amount of borrowing money is not large, the undertaking judge decided to mediate to the two parties. Because both parties could not come back in the short term, in order to facilitate the parties and improve the efficiency of mediation, the judge decided to use WeChat video to mediate. In the mediation, both parties have no objection to the facts of the borrowing, but they are controversial to repayment time. The undertaking judge immediately adjusted the original defendant's separate way of work. After several rounds of separation of ideological work, the two parties gave each way one step. The defendant paid the arrears of 6,000 yuan before July 28, 2022. The case was adjusted for 8 days under the unremitting mediation of the judge. The two parties praised the mediation results and the efficiency of the judge's case.

In recent years, the Neihuang County People's Court has continued to do a good job of pre -litigation diversion work in the active promotion of diversified resolution and deepening the source of the complaint.
