Data show that the sales price index of newly -built commercial housing in Zhengzhou in June was 99.8, that is, 0.2%decreased from the previous month, a decrease of 3.4%in June of the previous year, and a decrease of 0.3%from the previous year's average.That is, the last month decreased by 0.7%, a decrease of 3.8%in June of the previous year, and a decrease of 2.6%from the previous year average.
