According to the relevant provisions of the State Council's "Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund", the relevant issues are now notified as follows:

Housing provident fund payment base

(1) Appraisal of the deposit base

Each deposit unit shall use the average monthly salary of employees as a 2022 employee housing provident fund deposit base for 2021 (January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021). The average monthly salary of employees shall be calculated in accordance with the statistical departments of the total salary statistics. The housing provident fund deposit base is the standard for the employee's application for housing provident fund loans.

(2) Substation base limit

The maximum payment base shall not exceed the average monthly salary of the previous year's employees announced by the statistical department of our city. If the average monthly salary of employees does not exceed the above -mentioned limit, the actual monthly average salary is used as the deposit base; those who exceed the above -mentioned limit will be used as the deposit base.

(3) The lower limit of the deposit base

The minimum monthly deposit base shall not be lower than the minimum wage standards of various districts and counties announced by the People's Government of Shandong Province. Taixian is 1900 yuan, and Gaoqing County and Yiyuan County are 1,700 yuan.

Housing provident fund deposit ratio

The proportion of housing provident funds for units and employees must not be less than 5%, and the maximum must not exceed 12%. The ratio of unit deposit and employee deposit should be consistent. The payment ratio of freelancers shall not be less than 10%, and shall not be higher than 24%.

Monthly deposit of housing provident fund

The monthly deposit amount of the housing provident fund includes the unit deposit part and the employee deposit part, which is the amount of the employee's deposit base multiplied by the unit deposit ratio and the employee deposit ratio. The monthly deposit amount of the housing provident fund is based on the yuan unit, and the four houses below the meta -below. The maximum monthly limit of the housing provident fund in 2022 was 5,451 yuan.

Way of handling

(1) Online service hall processing

The deposit unit of the registered unit's online department shall be handled by the Zibo Housing Provident Fund Online Service Hall (HTTP://zbzfgj.cn/hfmiswt/login) before July 31.

(2) On -site handling

The deposit unit of the special authority of the unregistered unit shall fill in the "Housing Provident Fund Payment Base Adjustment Form" before July 31, and report to the depository housing provident fund service hall for handling.

related requirements

(1) The period of 2022 housing provident fund remittances was from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. The deposit unit that has not been paid in the housing provident fund in June 2022 shall be adjusted after the housing provident fund arre is repaid.

(2) The deposit unit shall check the basic information of the unit, truthfully adjust the deposit base of the housing provident fund, and inform the employees in time to inform the employees on time, full, and all employees to pay in time. Housing provident fund, accepts employee supervision.

(3) The deposit unit shall promptly notify the unit to pay the employee to check the amount, the deposit details, and the employee name, ID number, mobile phone number and other information. Employees can obtain personal housing provident fund related information through various methods such as national housing provident fund applets, "Ai Shandong" app, Alipay-Citizen Center, Zibo Housing Provident Fund online service hall, WeChat public account and other methods.
