Notice of the Housing Provident Fund Payment Base and Payment Percent of the Housing Provident Fund in 2022

Each provincial deposit unit:

According to the relevant documents such as the State Council's "Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund" and the "Hebei Province Housing Provident Fund Collection and Extraction Administration Measures", the notice of the relevant matters of the housing provident fund deposit and deposit ratio of 2022 is now adjusted as follows:

1. Adjust range

Proceed to pay for the deposit registration at the Hebei Provincial Direct Housing Fund Center.

2. Adjust the content

(1) Calculate the caliber and standard of the deposit base. The housing provident fund deposit base is the total monthly average salary of the previous year (natural year) of employees. The total salary is calculated in accordance with the "Regulations on the Components of the Total Salary" (Unified Word ﹝ 1990) 1).

After January 1, 2022, the new employees who participated in the work began to pay the housing provident fund in the second month of participating in the work.

After January 1, 2022, the newly transferred employees will pay the housing provident fund from the date of paying the salary of the transfer unit.

The employee housing provident fund deposit base shall be approved once a year. Among them, when the new work and the newly transferred employee's annual deposit base adjustment, it will no longer be approved.

(2) The upper and lower limit of the deposit base. The maximum monthly deposit base of the housing provident fund shall not exceed the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year and city in the area and city. The minimum shall not be lower than the average monthly salary of employees in the last year of the city and city. According to the 2021 Shijiazhuang (excluding Xinji) urban non -private unit employment personnel announced by the Hebei Provincial Bureau of Statistics, the annual average salary of 86,395 yuan for employment personnel of non -private units in urban and towns, the provincial real estate of 2022 (July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023) The maximum limit of the deposit base is 21,599 yuan, and the minimum shall not be less than 4320 yuan.

(3) Calculation of the monthly deposit of housing provident fund. The monthly payment amount of the housing provident fund is composed of two parts: the monthly deposit amount of the housing provident fund paid by the unit for the employee and the monthly deposit amount of the employee's personal housing provident fund. The monthly deposit amount of the housing provident fund paid for the employee for the employee is the monthly deposit base of the employee. Essence

The payment part of the units of the monthly deposit amount of the housing provident fund and the deposit part of the employee shall be implemented in the unit, and the four houses below the yuan will be implemented.

(4) Payment ratio. The proportion of units and employee housing provident funds shall not be less than 5%, and the maximum must not exceed 12%. The deposit unit can independently determine the proportion of units and personal housing provident funds in 5 % to 12 %. The payment ratio of employees in the same unit should be consistent, and the proportion of unit deposits and employees should be consistent.

Third, precautions

(1) Each deposit unit shall handle the deposit base adjustment business when paying the housing provident fund in July 2022.

When the monthly payment of the deposit unit approves the monthly deposit amount of the housing provident fund must be truthfully reported to the "Hebei Provincial Direct Housing Provident Fund Remitting Fund" (can download it on the provincial center website www.hebszgjj.gov.cn). If you adjust the increase or decrease of employees in the monthly depositor, you need to provide a description of the change or decrease of personnel when handling the base adjustment business. Units that have opened the business system of the provincial direct housing provident fund network department can adjust the business through the online department and adjust the business.

(2) When the deposit unit approves the deposit base, it shall check the personal information of the employee. If there is any error, please change it in time.

(3) Each deposit unit shall ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the reporting data. After the deposit base and payment ratio are adjusted, each deposit unit shall notify the employee's housing provident fund deposit base, deposit ratio, and deposit amount in a certain way to accept the employee supervision.

This notice will be implemented from July 1, 2022.
