First, many children families who have no own housing in Dongying City and rented housing can withdraw housing provident funds according to the actual rent.

2. For a multi -child family who purchases the first self -living housing and has not used housing provident fund loans, one person pays the housing provident fund, the highest loan amount increases by 100,000 yuan, both of the husband and wife pay the housing provident fund, and the maximum loan amount increases by 2010,000 yuan; the calculation coefficient of the loan amount is adjusted from 2 to 3, and the monthly repayment amount to the monthly income ratio is adjusted from 50%to 60%.

The above policies are implemented from the date of issuance.
