The first owner conference is prepared for a set of procedures

The "Draft" requires a major contradiction and dispute between the county (city) district property management administrative department to adjust the property management of residential communities. The township governments and the street office organized a joint meeting of property management in their jurisdictions to regulate the disputes between the property management. The township governments and street offices have strengthened the inspection, inspection and processing of illegal acts in residential communities, and published contact information of law enforcement responsible units and responsible persons in the community.
Governments and communities at all levels should set up a mediation center for property management contradictions and disputes, build a four -level mediation network of four -level disputes between the contradiction between property management, and hire professionals to carry out mediation work.
