It should be said that in the past ten years, this system has developed steadily, benefiting from the gradual expansion of the group, and the continuous release of institutional dividends to ensure that basic housing functions have become increasingly prominent. I want to summarize these decade in three sentences.

In the past ten years, the coverage of provident fund has continued to expand, and the scale of funds has continued to increase. The number of practical people across the country increased from 102 million to 164 million, the total amount of deposits increased from 5 trillion yuan to 2.2.5 trillion yuan, and the deposit balance increased from 2.68 trillion yuan to 8.18 trillion yuan. Among the employees who paid the deposit last year, the proportion of employees of non -public ownership and deposit unit accounted for 52.1%. At the same time, more than 1 million flexible employees have also participated in the housing provident fund system. We also support Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots in the Mainland (mainland) to pay and use housing provident funds.

The second sentence is taken to the people, used it to the people, and facilitates the warmth of people. We support the "double wings flying" for renting and buying houses to help the masses solve basic housing problems. In the past ten years, a total of 12.44 trillion yuan of housing provident funds were withdrawn across the country, and a housing provident fund loan was issued 10.28 trillion yuan and 27.36 million, of which the first house loan was more than 80%. The 341 districts and city housing provident fund management centers nationwide have built a comprehensive service platform, which has realized the "cross -provincial general office", "not seeing the office" and "all -weather office". The national housing provident fund transfer continuation platform has also been launched, and the housing provident fund has achieved the nationwide "account with people, and the money goes with the account." We have accumulated a total of 4.19 million housing provident fund transfer continuation business, with an amount of more than 100 billion yuan. In May last year, the nationwide housing provident fund applets were launched, providing personal housing provident fund information query services for more than 67 million depositors.

The third sentence is to prevent risks and sunlight operation and keep the employee's money bags. With the "Internet+Supervision" model, we improve the function of the national housing provident fund supervision service platform, realize online real -time dynamic supervision, and build a combination of internal risk control and external supervision. Online problems and offline inspections are connected. Risk prevention and control "copper wall and iron wall". Since 2015, we have published the “account book” of the national housing provident fund in the previous year with the Ministry of Finance and the People's Bank of China each year. The housing provident fund management centers in various places have also disclosed the annual bill of housing provident fund to the society through various channels.

The housing provident fund root is based on the "accumulation", the core is "gold", with the purpose of "house". In the next step, we will further innovate and develop this system, continue to benefit enterprises and the people, and contribute to the people of the people.
