In June 2021, the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Supporting Performance Rental Housing", which clarified a series of supporting policies for supporting affordable rental housing, helping new citizens and young people including teachers to alleviate housing difficulties.

He said that the Ministry of Housing and Construction emphasizes the protection of public rental housing, and some provinces and regions have issued documents, encouraging the county (city, district) governments to adopt various forms and channels to actively build public rental housing for qualified teachers, improve a number of teachers have improved a group of teachers The living conditions have played an important role in stabilizing the teachers.

Expand the supply of affordable rental housing.
