Today (September 1), the nation's first local regulations for housing rental "Beijing Housing Rental Regulations" was officially implemented. Rental housing also required online signing and filing registration.

According to the "Beijing Housing Rental Regulations", Beijing will establish and improve the housing rental management service platform, use scientific and technological means to provide services such as contract online signing, information inquiry, information verification, registration and filing mechanism. The lessor shall handle housing rental registration and rental registration within 30 days of signing a housing contract.

From September 1st, intermediary and long -term rental apartments will complete the lease contract network signing through the unified housing rental management service platform in the city, and automatically submit the registration filing. The lease contract of online signing and filing is not only protected by law, but also can enjoy various public services that are empowered for leasing.

The "Beijing Housing Rental Regulations" stipulates that intermediaries and leasing enterprises must prepare the housing status manual and inform the tenants that the relevant information should be informed. On August 31, the Municipal Housing and Construction Commission issued a demonstration text of the "House Status Manual" and "Information Card Model of Housing Rental Enterprises and Real Estate Brokers Institutions".
