Starting from September 1, Shijiazhuang regulates housing security families to apply and use affordable housing behaviors!

Recently, the Shijiazhuang Housing and Urban -Rural Development Bureau issued the "Ishizhuang City Housing Security Credit Manage Administration Measures" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), which will be implemented from September 1, 2022.

The "Measures" applies to the Chang'an District, Qiaoxi District, Xinhua District, Yuhua District, and High -tech Development Zone. Housing security families apply for and use the credit behavior during the use of security. The scoring system is adopted for credit behavior evaluation, and the basic score of each guarantee family is 100 points. Ensure that the family credit score is recorded in the name of the applicant, and each guaranteed family member shares the record. Housing security household credit records are uniformly included in the management of housing security information systems in Shijiazhuang City.

The "Measures" clarify the deduction criteria for dishonesty in housing security families. If it violates the regulations of community management or the lease contract, it shall not be corrected, and it will not cooperate with the housing security management personnel to conduct a household transfer inspection or conduct house maintenance work. The reasons owed to the 12 categories of rents and the continuous owed rent of six months and above, all of which have clear deduction points. Those who put forward rationalized proposals and adopted the management housing management, as well as as the first reporter to report the use of affordable housing or cheating housing security qualifications, etc., if they are verified, they will be added according to the standard.

Based on the score to ensure the grade of credit evaluation of families, from high to low, it is divided into five grades: good credit, normal credit, slight dishonesty, moderate dishonesty, and severe dishonesty. The "Measures" also clarifies specific incentive measures to families with good credit housing security families, and punishment measures for housing security families with slight dishonesty, moderate dishonesty, and severe dishonesty.

Credit behavior points are based on family, and failure is not invalidated by the applicant's change, family member changes, changes in the way of guarantee, and changes in types of security. When the housing security family points change, if the credit behavior points meet the standards of incentives or punishment, the district housing security department, the security housing management unit, and the municipal affordable housing center will work together to do a good job of incentive and punishment.
