In order to give full play to the guarantee of the housing provident fund system and support the use of housing provident fund to solve the housing problem with the use of housing provident funds, Weihai Housing Provident Fund Management Center issued the "Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund Management" and relevant regulations on August 30 "Notice of the Related Housing Provident Fund on the use of housing provident fund" made clear stipulation on the relevant matters of the retired soldiers to deposit and use the housing provident fund.

All retired soldiers who have not reached the legal retirement age, have the household registration of Weihai City, and complete information collection are applicable to this policy. Among them, the retired soldiers of the government's resettlement work can be deposited voluntarily by the retired soldiers during the resettlement period. Other retired soldiers can be deposited voluntarily.

The notice clarifies the procedures and required information of the two types of retired soldiers. Among them, after a retired soldier establishes a personal account of housing provident fund through the unit in our city, the housing provident fund that the troop is received at one time can be transferred to its personal account. The housing provident fund during the repayment period can be continuously calculated. The required information includes the "Application Form for Repairing the Housing Provident Fund in Weihai City", my ID card, my transfer (retirement, re -power) certificate, and the housing provident fund deposit certificate or deposit details issued by the subordinates.

If a retired soldier fails to open an account through the unit, he may apply for the registration procedures for the deposit registration of the personal housing provident fund account in accordance with the principle of voluntary deposit. After the account is opened, the housing provident fund should be paid in full and in full. Applying the required information includes the "Personal Remote of the Weihai Housing Provident Fund", my ID card, my transfer (retirement, re -personnel) certificate, and my own Class I debit card.

The notice also clearly states that retired soldiers can choose to pay the basis and deposit ratio within the specified range.

If a retired soldier meets the conditions of Weihai housing provident fund loan, he can apply for a housing provident fund loan. If the retired soldiers deposit the housing provident fund paid by the troops when they are deposited in the Weihai housing provident fund deposit account, the account opening time, payment time and loan amount can be merged.
