In July, the Guangzhou residential leasing market continued the peak season trend, and the demand was obviously driven by graduates. According to statistics from the Guangzhou Real Estate Intermediary Association, the city's monitoring point residential rental market has continued to grow, an increase of 12.73%from June.

In terms of rent, in July, the city's monitoring point residential rent was 56.32 yuan/square meter/month, an increase of 0.51%; of which the central area was 63.19 yuan/square meter/month, the suburban area was 40.78 yuan/square meter/month, and the suburban area was 19.93 is 19.93 Yuan/square meter/month.

According to analysis, as the graduation season comes, the residential leasing market has gradually entered the peak demand season in the middle of the year from June, bringing a new round of rental boom to Guangzhou.
