Zhu Huawu told reporters that according to the new model, property costs and parking fees, advertising fees and other communities, the income belongs to the common fund of all owners. Traditional models of revenue and public income are unknown.

Is the trust property reliable?

During the interview, most residents had expectations for the new property model, but there were also some doubts.

"The trust property model is worth trying and encouraging. It will help the current property management break."
