Recently, during the market inspection, our bureau discovered that the "Cool School", "Chang'an Constellation", and "Tiancheng Science and Technology Industrial Park" project were sold out. The relevant situation notice is as follows:
The "Qingliang School" project is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Dongyi Road and Yanhuan Middle Road. It is understood that the construction procedures for the initial land and planning of the project are incomplete, and it does not belong to the commercial housing project.
The "Tiancheng Science and Technology Industrial Park" project is located in the southeast corner of Yuyue Road and Fuyuan Fourth Road. It is understood that the project is a state -owned construction land, and the use of use is industry. According to the relevant provisions The area of administrative office and living service facilities must not exceed 7%of the total land area of industrial projects.
