The sales prices of commercial housing in third -tier cities have declined or declined year -on -year, and the number of cities decreased year -on -year.
1. The sales price of new commercial housing decreased from the previous month, and the sales price of second -hand residential houses was flat or decreased from the previous month.
In May, among the 70 large and medium cities, the sales price of new commercial housing decreased by 43 cities month -on -month, which was 43 decreased from the previous month. From the perspective of various cities, in May, the sales prices of new commercial housing in first -tier cities rose 0.4%month -on -month, an increase of 0.2 percentage points from the previous month; second -tier cities decreased by 0.1%month -on -month, and the decrease was the same as last month; third -tier cities decreased by 0.3%from the previous month. The drop is narrowed by 0.3 percentage points than last month.
In May, of the 70 large and medium cities, the sales prices of second -hand residential houses decreased 53 cities month -on -month, an increase of 3 over the previous month. From the perspective of various cities, in May, the sales price of second -hand housing in first -tier cities rose 0.4%from the previous month to the same; second -tier cities decreased by 0.3%month -on -month, and the decrease was the same as last month. The sales prices of new commercial housing in second -tier cities rose 0.3%year -on -year, and the increase fell 0.7 percentage points from the previous month; the sales price of second -hand residential houses decreased by 1.7%year -on -year, and the decrease was 0.7 percentage points from the previous month. The sales prices of new commercial housing and second -hand housing in third -tier cities decreased by 2.2%and 3.2%year -on -year, respectively, and the decrease was 0.7 percentage points from the previous month.
