The planned area of ​​the project is 75131.44 square meters (112.7 acres), and the total construction area is 42332.40 square meters.

Among them, the first phase covers an area of ​​6198.46 square meters and a total construction area of ​​21761.22 square meters. Buildings include B teaching buildings (prefabricated buildings), wind and rain playgrounds, comprehensive buildings, Beidam, underground garage, etc.

The second phase covers an area of ​​5520.10 square meters, and the total construction area is 20571.18 square meters. Buildings include experimental buildings, tutoring buildings (prefabricated buildings), South Gate, kindergarten (passive building), etc.

The number of students in this project: 3,000 in middle schools (60 in high school) and 360 kindergartens (Class 12). The project planned 146 motor vehicle parking spaces (48 above ground, 98 underground), and 672 non -motorized car parking spaces (all above).

The Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau of Luquan District, Shijiazhuang City has recently issued an announcement to approve the environmental impact report form (pollution impact) of the new campus project of Shijiazhuang Excellent Middle School.

The approval shows that Shijiazhuang Zhuoyue Middle School invested 334.08 million yuan in new campus. It is located on the south side of the Third Ring Ringlong Bay Community of Yongbi North Street Village, Yongbi Town, Tongye Town, Luquan District, Shijiazhuang City. The west side is open space, and the south and north are the road.

The project covers an area of ​​85403.28 square meters (about 128.11 acres), and the total construction area is 76932.91 square meters (71370.72 square meters above ground, 5162.19 square meters underground).

The project will build new comprehensive buildings, 1#teaching buildings, 2#teaching buildings, dormitory buildings, cafeteria, art and body museums, set up 170 above -ground parking spaces, 97 underground parking spaces, door guard rooms and playgrounds. The new campus plans to open 42 teaching classes. After completion, the scale of teachers and students in the school can reach 2,200 (2,100 students and 100 faculty).
