2. Adjust standard

(1) Payment base

The base for employees to deposit the housing provident fund should not exceed the average salary of employees' average employee's salary of the previous year by the urban statistics department where the employee work place is located. The total salary is calculated in accordance with the components of the total salary stipulated by the national statistical department.

(2) The upper and lower limit of the deposit base

1. According to the 2021 Yulin urban non -private unit provided by the Yulin City Statistics Bureau, the average salary of employees (including labor services) was 80113 yuan, and the upper limit of the 2022 housing provident fund deposit base was 80113 ÷ 12≈20028 yuan.

2.2022 Yulin's housing provident fund deposit base shall not be lower than the current minimum wage standard for Yulin City. In accordance with the "Notice of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on adjusting the minimum wage standards in the region" (Guizhengfa [2020] No. 1), it is determined that the lower limit of the housing housing provident fund deposit base of Yulin City in 2022 is 1580 yuan (such as the minimum wage standard adjustment adjustment , The housing provident fund deposit base is adjusted).

3. The maximum monthly deposit amount of units and personal housing provident funds in the annual units and personal housing housing was 20028 × 12%≈2403 yuan, totaling 4806 yuan.

4. The lower limit of the housing provident fund deposit ratio is 5%. Based on this calculation, the monthly limit of the unit and the personal housing provident fund is 1580 × 5%= 79 yuan, the total is 158 yuan (if the minimum wage standard is adjusted, the housing provident fund payment The lower limit of the deposit is adjusted).

3. Other precautions

(1) Each unit shall adjust the deposit base for all employees that meet the requirements.

(2) The monthly deposit amount of the housing provident fund within this year will not be changed in principle.
