On July 12, at the International Chess Competition of the Sichuan Provincial Games in Leshan City, Rongxian contestant Zhan Ke won the men's personal group runner -up.

It is understood that Zhan Ke is a teacher in West Street Kindergarten, Xuyang Town, Rong County. In 2010, he came into contact with chess for the opportunity to promote chess activities on campus and participated in training to obtain the qualifications of chess coaches. He participated in various chess games and chess games and The event won the men's championship at the International Chess Social Group at the 14th Games of Zigong City last year, and also won the qualifications for the international chess competition of the 14th Games of Sichuan Province to participate in the Sichuan Provincial Games.

A total of 65 athletes from 10 teams from various cities (states) in the province participated in the competition. The competition set up 5 groups, divided into men's personal groups, women's personal groups, men's groups, women's group groups, and mixed groups. The competition adopts two rounds of elimination system. The two sides each hold white. If there is a tie after two rounds, the "sudden death method" (5 minutes in white, 4 minutes in black, and black victory) will be adopted to determine the winner.

In recent years, Rongxian has been promoted and popularized in chess activities. It takes chess, Go and other projects as the starting point, fully showing the powerful functions of the excellent traditional culture of chess, and vigorously promoting the positive energy of chess culture.
