The 10th Paralympic Games and Fifth Special Olympic Games in Sichuan Province

Today (8th), the Tenth Disabled Persons Games and the Fifth Special Olympic Games at the Sichuan Agricultural Capital Cup and the Fifth Special Olympic Games started at the Sichuan Provincial Sports School. This session is hosted by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government, hosted by the Sichuan Provincial Disabled Persons Federation, the Sichuan Provincial Sports Bureau, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, and the Leshan Municipal People's Government. Essence Zhu Ming, deputy director of the Sichuan Provincial Sports Bureau, and Ma Jun, deputy director of the Sichuan Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation, attended the opening ceremony.

At 8:45 in the morning, Zhu Ming announced that "the Sichuan Agricultural Cup Sichuan Sichuan Provincial Disabled Persons Games and the Fifth Special Olympic Games Fitation Project". Ya'an athlete Li Yucai and referee Cui Dongyu swore on behalf of athletes and referees. The shooting project competition lasts for 4 days. A total of 26 athletes from 6 cities including Chengdu and Leshan participated in the competition, and will compete for 37 sub -items. According to the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control, closed -loop management was implemented in this event. The start of the shooting project marks the official opening of the Provincial Disabled Olympic Games.

A total of 25 major items were set up in this event, including 18 projects in the Paragraphs and 7 Special Olympics. Among them, there are 6 residuals (Taekwondo, dry land curling, table tennis, archery, shooting, weightlifting) 4 special Olympic items (swimming, badminton, basketball (male), track and field) in advance. The remaining 15 major items will be concentrated in August and September.
