The group competition of the Chengdu World Table Tennis Championships is announced

The 56th International Table Tennis Federation World Table Tennis Group Championship (final) will open on September 30th in 2022. At that time, there will be 32 men's teams and 28 women's teams to participate in the competition. The lottery ceremony was held on September 28. The Chinese Table Tennis Men's Team and Women's Teams, the world's number one in the world, are in the first group. They will compete for qualifications through 4 groups of cycle. The 16 teams of men and women will advance to the knockout match starting on October 5.

In the Chengdu World Table Tennis Championships, each game adopts five three -out system, and each singles match adopts five games and three wins. The men's teams are divided into 7 groups and women's teams in 6 groups. The group basis is the latest world ranking of the latest international table tennis federation group before lottery.
