According to the news on the 12th, the International Film Skating Association released documents on the same day and appointed the Beijing Winter Olympic Skating Double Slide Championship and Chinese athlete Han Cong as a member of the athletes of the Single and Double Slide Technical Committee.

The functions of the technical committee mainly include the advice of the International Scholarship Member Association, the council and sports technology supervisor, to prepare, supervise and maintain single and double slip, ice dance, queue skating, speed skating and short track speed skating motion. Technical rules; write reports that represent the conference, council, and their respective sports technical supervisors assigned them to write reports.

Han Cong started practicing figure skating at the age of 6. He and his partner Sui Wenjing won the two World Championships and six four continents championships. In the 2018 Pingchang Winter Olympics, Sui Wenjing/Han Cong won the runner -up. In 2022, they won the second Winter Olympics gold medal in history at the Beijing Winter Olympics.
