It is understood that this competition is guided by the Municipal Sports Bureau, sponsored by the Municipal Trade Council, and hosted by the Putian International Chamber of Commerce and the Municipal Basketball Association. This competition is led by the Putian International Chamber of Commerce. Twenty companies, financial institutions and correspondents participated in the establishment of a special "City Hot Tournament" city basketball league fund.

In order to ensure the representativeness and excitement of the event, the organizing committee finally determined from the 40 teams registered with the two trade committee members' teams and 14 international chambers of commerce members to participate in the competition. There are teams on behalf of the municipal economic service departments, including the fiscal and taxation teams representing the vertical pipe element guarantee department, state -owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign companies, and representative teams from traditional industries and emerging industries.
