China Football Association's registration notice of the National Five -Person Football Youth Championships (U19 Men's Group) of 2022 "I Love Football"

Relevant member associations and five super -oversupply:

In order to thoroughly implement the "General Plan for China's Football Reform and Development" and further improve the popularization and improvement of social football events, the Chinese Football Association plans to organize a competition for the 2022 National Five Football Youth Championship (U19 men's group). The registration is notified as follows:

1. Planning time and place of the competition

(1) Competition time: October 8-16, 2022;

(2) Competition location: Xianghe National Football Training Base.

2. Participating teams and competition systems

Five Super Club U19 echelon;

Member Association Recommend Team.

The competition intends to adopt a mixed competition system, perform single -cycle group stage, cross -ranking competition, and finally decide the title.

3. Registration requirements

(1) Player registration

1. The player should be born between January 1, 2003 and December 31, 2005.

2. There are no more than 20 players (not less than 10) for each team, of which the goalkeeper is not less than 2; the pre -match joint will determine the list of 14 people.

3. The registration number of the players of each team is 1-50, of which No. 1 must be the goalkeeper, at least 2 goalkeeper among the registration players;

(2) Registration of team officials

1. Registration coaches must register the year in the year of the membership Association and the Chinese Football Association;

2. The number of team officials does not exceed 6 (must include leaders, head coaches, and team doctors). Among them, the head coach and assistant coach must be the primary and above level of the five -person system; the team doctor must hold a physician qualification certificate.

(3) Registration procedure

1. Registration deadline: September 9, 2022.

2. Please fill in the registration form in strict accordance with the format requirements (see Annex 1) in strict accordance with the format requirements. After reviewing the stamp with the membership Association, the stamp version of the scanning parts and Word version of all registration documents will be registered before the registration deadline. 3. Each participating unit arranges all the athletes of the team to participate in the medical examination to prove that their physical condition is suitable for participating and stamped the official seal of the hospital at or above the municipal level (scanned version to the email address).

Four, funding conditions

(1) During the competition, the team registration personnel and accommodation standards are 280 yuan/person/day (double room), 350 yuan/person/day (single room). The premium and accommodation cost standards will be notified separately.

(2) Intercity transportation costs, insurance, medical care and other expenses in the team's round -trip range.

(3) During the competition, the municipal transportation period (transportation hub to staying in the hotel, staying in the hotel to the transportation hub).
