Event recruitment

1. From now until August 19th at 10:00, leave a message in the comment area, say the reason you want to participate and reply to the "Sports Institute+Parent -Child or Personal Group (two choices)+name+ID number+ "Mobile phone number", small body will recruit 18 fans to participate in the event. Specifically: 6 groups of parent -child groups (one, one small) or 6 individuals.

Note: Please keep your mobile phone unblocked, otherwise you will be deemed to give up the opportunity to automatically give up experience. Those who have not been drawn no longer contact or publicize alone.

2. Age requirements: The youth group is 7-14 years old and the adult group is 20-65 years old.

3. Participate instructions: Because the content of the activity includes physical tests, please wear suitable sportswear and sports shoes that day. Do not wear any metal jewelry, bracelets, watches, etc.; In order to ensure the accurate testing, avoid large -scale exercise and maintain before measurement. Hydrological state (do not dehydrates), diet composition or energy intake remain stable in the near future; the organizers will purchase safety insurance for participants before the event. Participants need to fill in the pre -inspection registration form and informed consent.

4. Parking spaces are not provided at the event site, and participants are advised to travel green.

Participants on the day of the event need to wear a mask and hold a 48 -hour nucleic acid negative certificate in Shanghai.
