Project Introduction

Taekwondo is one of the official competitions for the Modern Olympic Games. It is a movement that mainly uses hands and feet to fight or confront.

Taekwondo originated from the Korean Peninsula. In the early days, it was evolved from Taho and Hualangdo in the era of the three North Korea.

Taekwondo was a demonstration project in the 1988 Olympic Games; in the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games began to test the competition; by the 2000 Sydney Olympics, it would become a formal competition.

Retrospective

On June 21, 2022, the Taekwondo Competition of the 15th Gansu Provincial Games was officially launched at the Lanzhou Sports School. The competition was fully closed management and 24 projects were set up. 275 athletes will start a 5 -day wonderful competition.

According to statistics, in the 5 -day youth group Taekwondo competition, Lanzhou City won 8 gold and 5 silver and 3 copper, Tianshui City obtained 7 gold, 6 silver and 3 copper, Qingyang City won 3 gold 2 silver 6 copper, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture won 2 Gold 1 silver 7 copper, Longnan City obtained 2 gold and 3 copper, Lanzhou New District obtained 1 gold and 5 copper, Jiuquan City won 2 silver and 3 copper, Dingxi City won 1 silver 6 copper, Wuwei City obtained 1 silver 2 copper, Baiyin City obtained 1 Silver 2 copper and Pingliang City obtained 1 silver and 1 copper, Jinchang City obtained 1 silver 2 copper, Zhangye City obtained 1 silver and 1 copper, Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture to obtain 1 silver, Jiayuguan City to obtain 1 copper.

During the game, the players were full of energy and vitality. The men's players confronted the passion and the women's players duel. The athletes on the stands of the stands were also enthusiastic, and shouted in unison, "Come on! Come on!"

The coach talked with the players, or discussed tactics, or cheered for the players. Players are never fighting alone!

Since 1994, the Taekwondo Movement landed in my country and has developed rapidly. Because of the ornamental of the leg method, the learning of technology and the practicality, the politeness and relative safety of their legs are loved by young people. It emphasizes the etiquette of "beginning with etiquette, ending with etiquette", and advocating the spirit of patience, humility and toughness, and has special educational significance for young people.
