Henan Zhoukou: Holding the first childcare skills competition

In order to strengthen the construction of the professional team of nursery institutions and comprehensively improve the service quality of the nursery institution, on September 9, 2022, the Zhoukou's first childcare skills competition organized by Zhoukou City Maternal and Child Health Hospital was successfully held. 34 players from 11 participating teams from the city participated in the competition.

This skill competition aims to encourage the majority of childcare service staff to study business and post training with the image of promoting learning, training, strong quality, and outer tree image. The system is diligent in learning, exquisite business, dedication, positive spiritual style and good social image.

This competition is divided into three links: theoretical knowledge test, skills practice and on -site. Among them, the theoretical test was evaluated through the test paper answering method, focusing on inspecting the theoretical knowledge of the players' related business. Skills operations are evaluated through on -site operations, focusing on inspecting players' standardized operation and care ability. The on -site answers were evaluated through the players' answers, and the comprehensive quality and on -site resilience of the players were examined.

In the field, the contestants actively and seriously treated each schedule, showing the superb vocational skills and good spiritual styles of the new era childcare service industry.
