1. Overall requirements

2. Clarifying maternity registration matters

(1) Mophological registration object

1. Those who have children should apply for fertility registration.

2. Both parties or one party can register for maternity registration in our province's household registration population and the registered population of foreign provinces that have been living in this governor for a long time.

3. The registrant can apply for fertility registration before childbirth, and those who do not handle should be re -executed in time after the child is born.

(2) Maternity registration processing agency

Husbands and wives (men and women) are located in the township (street) health and health work institutions where the household registration is located or the place of residence is responsible for applying for maternity registration.

(3) Material required for registration

1. Valid certificates such as identity cards or hukou books, marriage certificates such as the husband and wife; if the marriage registration is not applied, the ID card or hukou book shall be held; the registered ID card or the hukou book may be obtained from the electronic license, so as not to submit it.

2. For the targets that are not born in the province's medical institutions, they should also submit a medical certificate for their children. For those who have entered the household, you can provide a household registration book.

The handling institution can verify the relevant materials of the registered personnel through the province's population database, health service period health service, vaccination, and relevant information system sharing of relevant departments, and no longer require the registrar to provide relevant materials.

(4) Registration method and process

1. Network processing: Registration objects are logged in to Anhui Government Service Network, the mobile phone "Anhui Affairs APP" app or the relevant WeChat public account fill in and submitted to the "Anhui Provincial Maternity Registration Form" (Annex 1), uploaded relevant materials, and after the maternity registration processing agency review After passing, the electronic fertility registration certificate is formed. (5) Information cooperation and report

Establish a system for verification, coordination and notification system for household registration and residential maternity registration information. Give up within 5 working days from the date of receiving the request from the other party; the maternity registration processing agency shall be within 5 working days after the registration. 3. Improve and strengthen related services

(1) Improve ideological understanding

(2) Strengthen team building

All localities should strengthen the construction of health and health work institutions and teams of townships (streets) and village (community), implement necessary work funds, and ensure that some people at the grassroots level have directors and money to do things. Strengthen publicity and training, unify policy calibers, and improve work efficiency and service level.

(3) Promote information sharing

Establish and improve the mechanism for fertility information sharing. Strengthen close cooperation with departments such as public security, civil affairs, medical security, human resources and social security to achieve relevant information interconnection. Vigorously promote the sharing of population basic information such as maternity registration, health care, hospital delivery, birth medical certificate, and child prevention. Healthcare institutions at all levels shall timely enter the information system of maternal information into the relevant information system and share it with the population information system of the entire staff of Anhui Province to ensure that the enrollment of maternity registration should be recorded "to effectively improve the quality of maternity registration information.

(4) Strengthen supervision and guidance

All localities should strengthen the supervision and inspection of the implementation of the maternity registration service system, and timely summarize and promote good experience, good practices, and good examples; if they are not working hard and perfunctory, they must order rectification within a time limit. For registered people who obtain fertility registration vouchers through concealing the truth, forging facts or false commitments, the application agency shall correct them according to law.

From the date of implementation of the implementation of this, the "Notice on Doing a Better Registration and Approval Work" (Guidance Secret ﹝ 2016 ﹞ 255) will be abolished.
