Zhangzhou Family Education Lecturer Group 2022 Working Conference was held

On the morning of August 9th, the 2022 work conference of the Zhangzhou Family Education Lecturer Teacter was held at the Zhangzhou Hotel. Guo Yibiao, a second -level investigator of the Municipal Education Bureau, Chen Yinhua, a third -level investigator at the Municipal Women's Federation, and Yang Yan, vice chairman of the Municipal Women's Federation, attended the meeting. Yang Yan, the head of the Zhangzhou Family Education Lecturer, explained the work plan for family education in the next three years and deployed this year's work.

At the meeting, Guo Yibiao, a second -level investigator of the Zhangzhou Education Bureau, put forward three hopes: First, we must fully recognize the importance of family education. The members of the lecturer must keep in mind their mission and responsibilities, guide parents to establish the correct view of educational growth, and master the scientific family education knowledge and methods; second, we must give full play to the positive role of the family education lecturer group. The lecturers must strictly self -requirements, implement their duties seriously, and play their role, and promote new ideas of tutors, spread new knowledge of tutoring, and explore new methods of tutoring. Third, we must continuously strengthen the organizational guarantee for team building. Relevant departments have coordinated, formulated relevant incentive policies, stimulated the enthusiasm of the members of the lecturer group, and standardized the management and services of the family education lecturer group to ensure the necessary working conditions.

Chen Yinhua, a third -level investigator of Zhangzhou Women's Federation, emphasized how to implement the five -year planning of the family education five -year plan: First, we must study the mission carefully. It is necessary to learn the "Outline of Planning", but also study the family civilization of 5,000 years, study and disseminate the family education recipes of the first sages of the past, and guide family education practice. Secondly, we must work together to promote a new level of promoting the school's parental school. Each lecturer entered the community and villages. Relevant units actively provided family education guidance courses, and the education system actively promoted the release of potential for school teachers. Third, we must work hard to strengthen the construction of the lecturer team. Improve the professional knowledge level of the lecturer team, expand the scale of the team, improve the management mechanism, and promote the output of results. Fourth, we must continue to carry out family civilization creation activities. Use traditional festivals to carry out related activities to run the Lide people throughout, guide the majority of families to promote traditional culture, and jointly build a new fashion for sharing socialist families civilization. Fifth, we must do a good job of promoting the "one law and one regulations" to enhance the sense of responsibility of all parties.
