The 3rd China-New Zealand Non-Infectious Disease Research Cooperation Symposium was successfully held

From July 5th to 6th, 2022, the third China-New Zealand Non-Infectious Disease Research Cooperation Seminar was held online online. Xu Jie, deputy director of the Department of Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Fan Ling, deputy director of the China Biotechnology Development Center, Wang Genhua, the Minister of the Chinese Embassy in New Zealand, the New Zealand Embassy in China, Counselor Clinton Watson, New Zealand-China-China Non-Infectious Disease Research Professor Jim Manman and Academician Ningguang Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical College Ningguang attended the meeting.

The seminar was co-sponsored by the China Biotechnology Development Center and the New Zealand-China Non-Infectious Disease Research and Cooperation Center. More than 50 representatives from the science and technology authorities, organizers and industry -university -research institutions from China and Singapore have participated in cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chengdu, and Dadin, New Zealand, and New Zealand's Denin, Auckland, Christchurch and other cities.

Experts from China and New Zealand shared more than 30 wonderful theme reports around the fields of children's health, adult chronic disease prevention and control, and health aging, and fully exchanged and discussed the research direction, latest progress and cooperation models. This seminar has established a good platform for scientists in the field of non -infectious diseases in China and New countries, laying a foundation for pragmatic cooperation between the two parties.

The China Biotechnology Development Center actively promoted the exchanges and cooperation between China and New countries in the field of non-infectious diseases. Seminar seminars have promoted exchanges and cooperation between the two sides in the fields of brain science, traditional drugs, cancer and other fields.
