From May 29th to June 6th, a total of 67 aircraft flew to the Jiajian Air Force Base, including F-22 fighters, F-35 fighters, etc. The aircraft were from the Sanze Base, the Rock Kingdom Base, and the United States. The person in charge of Jiashannacho said that a large number of external aircraft arrived in a short period of time. This situation was "quite rare." In response, the Jiashanna Town Council agreed to protest the resolution on the 13th, requiring the U.S. military to ban external aircraft from flying, and immediately implemented noise reduction measures, so that residents can really feel the noise.

At the beginning of 2022, about 1,2049 residents (35566 people) near the Jiashanna Base (a total of 35566 people) filed a lawsuit with the Okinawa Branch of the Naha Court on the grounds that the US military aircraft made noise day and night, asking the Japanese government to compensate for losses. This is the fourth -handed noise litigation initiated by local residents, the largest noise lawsuit in Japan's largest US military base in Japan.
