China -Cambodia signed the 2022 Lanmei Cooperation Special Fund and Cambodia Project Agreement

In his speech, Wang Wentian said that Lanmei cooperation played an important role in boosting regional economic development and brought real benefits to the people of the region. Cambodia has always been the main participants and promoters of Lanmei cooperation.

He said that Cambodia has participated in 80 Lanmei Cooperation Special Fund projects, covering education, health, agriculture, poverty alleviation, environmental protection and other fields. China is willing to focus on the focus of Cambodia, carry out docking cooperation with Cambodia, jointly promote regional and global security and development, promote economic recovery, and make due contributions to the construction of a community of human destiny.

Blasokun highly appreciated China's support for Cambodia, saying that since the launch of Lanmei Cooperation in 2016, it has promoted the economic and social development of the coastal countries, reduced the gap between development, and improved people's living standards, and achieved real results. Under the framework of Lanmei cooperation, the Cambodian side has benefited from 80 specific projects, which has played an important role in enhancing the toughness of the economic development of Cambodia and the subsequent regional region and improving people's livelihood.

Blasokun pointed out that in the face of the new crown epidemic challenge, the national unity and cooperation in the region have strengthened their confidence in multilateral cooperation with the development as the essence of righteousness.
