In May 2015, a 51 -year -old Chinese patient, accompanied by his son, went to a public hospital for treatment. It is reported that the sons of Chinese patients will speak Spanish and explain the history of their father's allergies to relevant personnel. At the same time, the medical history of Chinese patients also clearly records his allergies to penicillin. On the evening of the doctor, the patient's son left the hospital. The hospital did not consult the patient before taking the medicine, so that the patient took Amoxicin.

After medication, the patient noticed that the medicine was wrong. The nurse said: "He became emotional and did not cooperate with treatment." A few hours later, the patient died because of severe allergies and eventually died.

During the investigation, the court confirmed that the family members clearly informed the fact that the doctor of the Chinese patient was allergic to penicillin, but the doctor did not record the information. And when the patient went to other hospitals before, he had a record of penicillin allergies. The doctor at the hospital neglected the patient's allergies and caused serious medical accidents.

The court ruled that the hospital and the Ministry of Health assumed the main responsibility for the death of the patient and needed to compensate the patient's family of 100,000 euros.
