Although these four countries, which are called "Asia -Pacific partners", are currently unable to launch substantial defense cooperation with NATO, the leaders of the four countries still trigger regional countries' vigilance and concerns about NATO's disruption of Asia -Pacific.

NATO is increasingly reduced to a tool for the United States to start competition from great powers. From this summit, NATO's new strategic concept documents approved by the summit can be seen. It is exactly the same as that of the new strategic concept of NATO and rendering the "threat of China". NATO's invitation to the Asia -Pacific countries to participate in the purpose of mobilizing global resources to increase the pressure on China to maintain the US hegemony. First of all, NATO strengthening cooperation with the "Asia -Pacific partner" is worthy of vigilance. In recent years, NATO has extended an angle to the Asia -Pacific region to expand its cooperative relationship with the "Asia -Pacific partner". Third, the division of Asia -Pacific is difficult to succeed.
