China -Cambodia Cooperation Forum is held, and the main venue is set up in Nanying, Guiyang

On June 29, the "China -Cambodia Cooperation Forum" jointly sponsored by the China -ASEAN Business Council and the Cambodian Embassy in China was successfully held in the form of "offline+online". The forum set up offline main venues in Nanming District, Guiyang.

This year is the beginning of the China -ASEAN comprehensive strategic partnership, which coincides with Cambodia to serve as a rotating chairman of ASEAN. The China -Cambodian Cooperation Forum takes this as an opportunity to seek complementary economic and trade and cooperative business opportunities between China and Cambodia to promote trade and investment growth in RCEP construction.

In the China -Cambodia Cooperation Forum, Cambodia Embassy in China, representatives of the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia, representatives of Chinese governments such as Guiyang City, industry business associations and entrepreneur representatives delivered speeches or delivered speeches.

Xu Ningning, Executive Chairman of the China -ASEAN Business Council and chairman of the RCEP Industry Cooperation Committee, put forward five suggestions for the promotion of China -Cambodia economic and trade cooperation: provides convenience for both personnel and goods in the enhancement of anti -epidemic cooperation; The development of economy and SMEs; improve the level of investment, cooperate with the industrial park; make good use of the free trade agreement policy; deepen the humanistic exchanges and cooperation between the two parties.

In his speech, Guiyang Deputy Mayor Long Cong pointed out that Guiyang City has a good foundation with Cambodia in terms of trade exchanges, exchanges and cooperation. In 2021, Guiyang and Cambodia realized the import and export value of 61.23 million yuan, an increase of 84%year -on -year. In the first four months of 2022, Guiyang and Cambodia achieved 47.34 million yuan in imports and exports, an increase of 211%year -on -year. He said that Guiyang will support enterprises to deeply cultivate the RCEP market such as Cambodia and promote new progress in cooperation with Cambodia in terms of service trade, two -way investment, and cross -border e -commerce.

In recent years, Nanming District, Guiyang City has fully relying on the China -ASEAN cooperation mechanism. With the support and matching of the China -ASEAN Business Council, since 2020 to the present, the China -ASEAN Sobes Symposium and China -ASEAN Food Industry have been hosted and co -organized. Cooperation (Guiyang) docking meetings, China -ASEAN Chinese Medicine Industry Cooperation (Guiyang) docking meeting, China -ASEAN Chinese Medicine Product Promotion Conference, China -Cambodia Cooperation Forum and other foreign economic and trade activities have continued to increase the level of opening up. On May 18, 2021, the RCEP Industry Cooperation Research Institute and the China -ASEAN Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Cooperation Committee secretariat settled in Nanming District, Guiyang City.
