RT said that the demonstrator asked the Czech Republic to maintain neutrality and protested the government of the Czech Republic Prime Minister Petr Fiala issued a policy of sanctioning Russia, and the policy pushed up its energy prices.

The organization of this protest was an organization called "Czech Republic Priority". Reuters said that the organization was an alliance of "extremely right -wing, marginal groups and political parties". The organization's position is to oppose the European Union and NATO and call on the Czech Republic to maintain military neutrality.
Reuters pointed out that an unnamed demonstrator participating in the event said: "The government has two responsibilities: ensure our security and economic prosperity. The current government has not fulfilled these two duties." Another demonstrator accused the Czech government of the Czech government "Absolute Czech Republic" is only for the EU, NATO and "US forces", and at the expense of the interests of the Czech Republic.
The Czech "People's Daily" said the organization of the protests called on the rally again on October 28, and stated that they planned to ask the Czech President Zeman to dissolve the government and hold a general election in advance. The Czech Police said the protest on September 28 was the second time this month, and about 70,000 people participated in another event in Prague on September 3. Similar protest assemblies occurred in other Czech cities on the 28th.
