Slovaka Prime Minister Edward Hegel said on September 28 that unless the EU provides more financial assistance, the energy crisis and rising electricity prices may push Slovak's economy to the edge of collapse.If the European Union cannot provide help, Slovakia is responsible for energy supply companies will have to be returned to state -owned.

Hegel said that the EU's huge profits tax to the energy company should be evenly distributed, and Slovakia should get 1.5 billion euros.In addition, Hegel also hopes that the European Union can provide Slovakia 5 billion euros from unused development funds.
