Mongolia is a friendly neighbor -neighboring state connected in China, and the development of the relationship with China is one of the priority directions of foreign policy. A few days ago, the heads of state of the two countries held a meeting at Samalham and attended the sixth meeting of the sixth meeting of heads of state and Russia and the 22nd meeting of the Head of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. In recent years, the cooperation between the two countries of Mongolia and China in the fields of politics, economy, trade, and humanities has continuously developed, achieved fruitful results, and promoted Mongolia -China comprehensive strategic partnership to a new level. Mongolia China supports each other, combates the new crown pneumonia's epidemic, and writes a good story in the history of Mongolian -China relations. President Hirohachi expressed that he thanked China for providing resistance for anti -epidemic in Mongolia and making important contributions to the health of the Mongolian people's health.

Our institute is organizing an academic conference to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the signing of the Mongolian Economic and Cultural Cooperation Agreement. The people of Mongolia still remembers that in the 1950s and 1960s, in order to support Mongolia's economic and social development, China sent a large number of assistants to help Mongolia build many administrative and service facilities, which provided important help for the development of Mongolia. To this day, iconic buildings such as Heping Bridge, Department Store, and Gymnasium in Ulanbato are still in use. These are friendly witnesses of the two countries and the symbol of friendship between the two peoples. As a scholar studying Mongolia -China relations, I am very grateful to the Chinese government and the people for their support for Mongolia.

The sixth meeting of the heads of state and Russia of Mongolia, Russia, was successfully held, injecting a strong driving force into the further promotion of pragmatic cooperation in the Three State. The three parties confirmed the "Outline of the Construction of the Mongolian -China Economic Corridor Planning" for five years, and officially launched the upgrading and development feasibility study of the Mongolian -China Economic Corridor's mid -line railway in the Mongolia -China Russia Economic Corridor, and agreed to actively promote the Payment of Sino -Russian natural gas pipelines. Strengthening energy cooperation with China and Russia will help improve Mongolia's energy supply and enhance energy security. For example, Mongolia -China jointly promotes the construction project of Erdon Buren Hydropower Station to help solve the power consumption problem of people in the western Mongolia. These friendly cooperation reminds me of a Mongolian proverb: the neighbors are connected with each other, and the fate is common.

In order to maintain world peace and promote common development, China has proposed a series of important initiatives. I am very supportive of China's global development initiative and global security initiative. These two initiatives once again show that China, as a major country that has an important influence on the world, has always pursued independent peace foreign policies and is committed to promoting global unity cooperation. Under the severe and complex international situation, Mongolian China urgently needs to strengthen cooperation and jointly promote the construction of a community of human destiny. Both Mongolian and China agreed to promote the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative with the Mongolian "grassland road", the global development initiative with the Mongolian "new rejuvenation policy", and China's "two -step" development strategic goal in depth with the Mongolian remote development vision. Open a wider space for the cooperation between the two parties.

People often say that good neighbors do not change. Looking forward to the future, as long as Mongolia and China maintain a close momentum of exchanges, deepen political mutual trust, and strengthen mutual benefit cooperation, it will definitely promote new development of comprehensive strategic partnerships in Mongolia and China, and work together to move towards a better tomorrow.
