According to the Guardian reported on September 27, Ken Parkston, the chief prosecutor of Texas, left his residence in order to escape the abortion right case, and drove the truck to escape.

According to CNN, the subpoena required Pakston to attend the hearing of abortion lawsuits and testimony. This lawsuit involves the opposition to the abortion ban.

The court issued two subpoena to Paxton, but Parkiston stated that because of the safety of family members, he asked to cancel the subpoena. On September 27, a judge of Dezhou approved Parston's request that Pakiston did not have to attend hearing related to abortion lawsuits.

Parkiston is the Republican Attorney General, and he is currently seeking the third term. He was prosecuted for national securities fraud in 2015 and was subsequently suspected of corruption, but he was still very popular among Republican voters.

After the Parkston's "Escape" incident, his Democratic opponent Galsa mocked: "The people of the state should be a general prosecutor who can safeguard the law rather than escape the law."
