"Chinese experts have turned Burundi's wasteland into Liangtian, so that more people in their hometown are full." Wansen Mobini from Burundi introduced China ’s aid projects, highway construction, medical care, Team assistance, power infrastructure construction ... Wansen said it was a few treasures.
30 -year -old Wansen is a doctoral student of the School of Journalism and Information Communication of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and a reporter from Burundi's "New Student". In 2018, Wansen participated in the news exchange project and came to China for the first time. With a 10 -month exchange opportunity, Wansen visited more than 10 provinces in China.
Wansen said that after coming to China, the development of China and the appearance of the Chinese people were shocked. For 10 months, he wrote nearly a hundred reports and published it in the "New Year's Eve".
During the visit, he learned that the Chinese government helped more than 10 million poverty over poverty each year. Therefore, he wrote in the report that Burundi has more than 10 million people. If we can reach this speed, it only takes one year that the people of the whole country can get rid of poverty.
"To be honest, I was also doubtful at the time. But now when I look back, China does have done it." Wan Sen believes that China's successful experience is worth learning from Burundi and other African countries.
After the exchange was over, Wansen never forgot about China. In the second year, he decided to study in China. After graduating from Master's degree in Communication University of China, he came to Wuhan to study for a PhD. "The development of China is clearly visible every year," Wan Sen said.
During the interview, Wan Sen received a call from his sister. His sister is a undergraduate freshman at Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He has just arrived at Wuhan Tianhe Airport and is preparing to be reported. "Burundi is very lacking in doctors. Now, thanks to a non -Chinese doctor, it provides us with medical services." Wan Sen said that his sister hopes to come to China to study medical technology and become a Burundi doctor in the future to improve local medical conditions.
"Non -Chinese cooperation is based on the premise of respecting each other." Wan Sen said that more and more young people in Africa now understand this and actively participate in the exchanges of non -China.
Speaking of the future, Wansen has his own "small goal": After completing his studies, he plans to set up a non -China -China relations research institution to continue to contribute to promoting non -Chinese exchanges. "I am willing to be a bridge for non -Chinese communication, and I have been working hard for the people's hearts and mutual benefit." Wan Sen said.
