Kabul Police Director spokesman Khalid Zadran said the explosion occurred in a restaurant in the Dimazan community in western Kabul. He added that a group had arrived in the area to find out the reasons for the explosion.

The explosion caused 3 deaths, 13 injuries, and the injured were taken to Estarkolle Hospital.
